I agree that tagging would add to relevance to Reddit&#039;s searchability and categorization (although reddit&#039;s subreddit option is akin to adding a tag). 

I did another study of reddit data which crudely chopped up all the sumbission headlines and divided up every word (plus two and three-word combinations) into a tag. Data here:

That data set was taken roughly over the course of this March to the end of May (the keywords get more interesting a few pages down after the common english words and subreddit categories).  My goal for this project was to try and spot trends / memes by the rise and fall of certain keywords or combination of keyword frequency, but alas, I&#039;m overwhelmed by the data at present and haven&#039;t sat down and crunched the numbers...
