You meant "sowing" (as in, planting a seed so it will grow) FUD. Not "sewing" like stitching material on a machine! :-)

Obviously, I join you in the geek ranks for even noticing that.

@Malk'Zameth:

Larry Lessig is one of Obama's technology advisors. I think we'll be in good shape.

Do not get me wrong there this is *not* a pro-McCain post I am not `USA'-ian (hence no voting on your election) and if I were I would vote Obama, but:

Do search on Joe Biden's past in the whole technological field, he has a very dark record (very pro-RIAA, MPAA etc. For sure. And I do think against net neutrality but I'll have to recheck on that)

Obama Campaign did take a slightly more pro-RIAA stance since (as their own page barely shows: http://www.barackobama.com/issues/technology/)

Now, maybe it will remain that slight, or maybe he needs to keep the tone on that low enough so as to not lose some votes, but the whole biden thing does sounds bad.

As I said, would still vote for him anyway, agree on most of his stances, even if I do believe that in *several* important parts his campaign is just too vague, focusing on what it needs to be done instead of what are his proposed solutions to do it, is still better than his opponent.

I guess I never thought about it in such detail, but you pretty much just summarized (quite nicely with charts no less) my feeling about politics and Obama.
